Just started 20 mg 5 days ago. I have had immediate nausea and my appetite is completely zapped out of existence, which isn't great as I haven't any weight to lose. I run frequently so need to eat, but can't force myself if I feel like I'll be sick. Will this get any better and how long will it take? No other effects so far really apart from a bit of insomnia and short term memory is awful.
