Hand pain and weakness

So for about 6 months possibly longer I have been experiencing pain in my hands and fingers. Tge pain is sharp and is there constantly. Some times my hands feel stiff but they are never swollen. I will also get extra stabbimg pains when i touch things but this is unpredictable. The cold also makes the pain a lot worse. The longer times goes on the more strength I am loosing in both hands. I am now struggling to do some things like squeeze a bottle or hold a bottke of washing up liquid.

I am also getting this pain in my feet and this has been getting to the point that some days the pain is so bad I am finding it difficult to walk.

Also I find it very difficult to warm my hands up and then keep them warm.

I need to go and see my GP but I feel like it would be a waste of time as I am not sure what they could do. I have tried looking online and the only things that come up don't really seem to fit like carpal tunnel syndrome.

Does anyone have any experience of this? Will i be wasting mine and my GPs time?
