I got my tragus pierced 2.5 weeks ago, I know they can take ages to heal but mine seems to be getting more swollen and painful rather than less.
I have been cleaning It everyday with sterile saline and gauze.
It also seems to have bruised around the hole and the swelling is engulfing half the disc at the bottom.
I don't know if it's infected or just having a bit of a wobble, I keep sleeping on it by accident and when okay fighting yesterday DS forgot and grabbed hold on head and squeezed which hurt like hell!
