Will I get op if I have the flu?

I am feeling very unwell at the moment. I'm sure I have the flu, or some variation of the winter bugs going around. Feeling absolutely hellish.

I am due to be admitted for septoplasty tomorrow. Will the operation go ahead if I am unwell?

I think I would ring the hospital tomorrow and ask before going in. I wouldn't have thought so though.
