Today I have sudden onset pain on the gums where my lower right wisdom tooth should be, it also hurts to chew in that area.
I have 4 impacted wisdom teeth. However at my last x-ray in April, all 4 were in the correct position and not causing any problems at all. I have never had any pain associated with wisdom teeth in my entire life.
Is it likely that the wisdom tooth is beginning to cause problems now or could it be something else?
