UTI? Really confused.

I've had UTI symptoms since the start of December. Dragging pain in my bladder, burning in my back, random pains and odd feelings in my sides.

I also feel physically really unwell and fatigued but the whole lot kind of comes and goes.

Several urine samples sent off for testing and came back clear. My dipstick tests (I check at home as well) are sometimes totally normal and sometimes have trace or more white blood cells. No blood in urine, no nitrates, no protein.

What on earth is going on? How can I feel so ill and have nothing show up in tests?

What does the GP say?

The gp just said no infection. I've got a follow up appointment to discuss this next week. So far they've not seemed terribly concerned really!
In the meantime I've had two months of being non functional.

could you see a different GP if this one can offer nothing more helpful?
