(Picture) weird bruise?

Hi all

Does anyone know what this could be? Probably just a bruise? It's come on overnight at the weekend on my partners leg. Hasn't changed since then. Not painful. Hard white lump in the centre. He doesn't remember banging his leg. He's booking a doctors appt in the morning but thought I'd ask.

Looks like it has been knocked to me. The white bit in the middle is probably where the impact was.

That's what I thought, but he really doesn't think he's knocked it.

No, no pain, although mine was on my boob...... it looked identical.

Looks like the majority of bruises i get!
Even some inconsequential knocks that you barely notice can cause them.
The rest of the bruise around the paler centre tends to fade over the next few days and then you realise it has gone IME
