Advice please !
I have had a number of health issues for a while now... pelvic pain, frequent visits to the loo (20 + times a day) back ache headaches and fatigue.. my doctors recently did tests which might indicate diabetes insipidus and I was referred to an endocrinologist. All was good I thought I was finally getting answers but today the hospital contacted me to say the referral was refused as it was inappropriate. Has anyone else had this experience before? I'm not sure what to make of it though I do intend to go back to the gp to follow up.. it's a little frustrating as it's taken months to have any indication what is actually wrong to start with Sad
Any insight would be appreciated as to what would be an inappropriate referall Confused thanks x

How awful, OP. I have never heard of a referral being turned down!

It's baffled me tbh! And I have to wait until next week to see the gp that referred me which is more frustrating:(
