Had some strange symptoms lately and put it down to stress but wondering if there's more to it? Keep looking online at doctors appointments but they're so hard to get and not sure if I warrant one. Any advice appreciated.
Symptoms are:
Left side of scalp often feels very cold and tingly
Had some numbness in right side of face and in my right hand - lasted maybe 15 minutes then went - happened twice in last week
Sometimes get weird blind spots, sometimes there's just swirly colourful patches other times I just can't focus or there's black spots

I'm 41 and generally in pretty good health.

Possibly migraines?

You deifnitely need to go to the doctors to get checked. It may be nothing (stress can certainly cause all sorts of symptoms) but better to be sure.
Do you have a walk in centre / urgent care you can go to? Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but you’ll get seen there and then.

Defo see gp.

I've been diagnosed with diabetes lately and that caused some weirdness!

Migraine with aura sounds similar also anxiety.
I'd defo go to the doctors as the numbness of the arm sounds like there could be a possibility of something more serious going on like stroke, MS ect.

You need to go see your GP, could be nothing, but also could be something like TIAs which could be a warning 👍
