Been unwell for days

Utterly miserable now. Came down with some form of of virus a fèw days ago and feel like I've had every symptom including d&v. Have a sick bucket next to my bed but live alone and cant bring myself to clean it yet. Can't stand up long enough to even brush my teeth. Not sure if I have acid reflux but I can't roll over or stand up, Not even for diarolyte. Feel so awful. I get light headed if I stand up! No local friends or family! Help! Just a rant btw!

I think you should be able to get a home visit from a local GP surgery under these circumstances. Or, failing that, a local charity?

Phone 111, I would be extremely concerned esp as you have no one who could check up on you.

I think I really just wait it out and call on Monday. That's not ignoring your advice, it's just there is a general (if slow improvement) and if I was carted off in an ambulance so soon after moving n here both I (and the cliqyey neighbours!) Would be horrified! Thanks the help though. Chest pains worrying me somewhat but 111 always send an ambulance for those so would just be wasting their time and I can't afford a taxi
