I have been having regular bouts of anxious feelings here and there this month (rather than having a clinical anxiety disorder.)
I have felt quite anxious recently due to work stresses and recent life events (moving, high expenses etc). I just feel a bit stressed, nervous and paranoid - I start overthinking and my heart stats racing etc. I’ll probably feel better once I settle in and find my bearings but I would appreciate any advice on calming down when feeling anxious.
