Kidneys ache

I will of course go to the GP if symptoms persist/worse.

I've had aching kidneys (more on one side) in and off since Sunday. Uncomfortable but not painful and not all the time.

I also noticed yesterday I had cloudy urine that seemed to have some white 'sediment' in it.

However I feel well - no fever and no other symptoms (no pain when weeing etc).

Should I take any action now or wait to see what happens?

Get it checked now. Sounds like a possible infection

Take action now. Kidney infections can be utter bastards - hard to shift and excruciatingly painful. Get to the doctors!

Thanks both. Will do.

My DD had a nasty kidney infection when she was younger so I know how serious they can be BUT I feel fine in myself (she was very unwell with hers) so I wasn't sure
