Feeling rubbish but don’t know why

So anyone had anything similar???

I’m from the south, and both me and my daughter and I have been feeling nauseous but not actually sick, stomach ache, warm temp but feeling cold, throbbing headache on and off??? Had it for last 48 hours with no sign of letting up. Also feel very lethargic, no energy. Not a bug or a cold or the flu but have no idea :-(

Ooh yes, I've come here to see if anyone else is unwell but not with full-blown flu iyswim.
No nausea here but achey and freezing cold. Hot water bottle doesn't seem to help, except to confirm I'm leeching the heat out of it with my frozen claws. :)
Glands are up a bit, face feels hot and I have that irritating post nasal drip which is making my throat feel sort of chafed.
Weirdly I also have the most awful windy gut (glad I'm home alone). Some of it I took to be period symptoms but I'm achey in odd places like all around my shoulders and backs of legs.
Glad I don't have proper flu, mind.

Ok so my daughter still has no appetite, stomachache etc and tonight when I checked on her she’d pooped herself in her bed, some almost luminous green poo??? What the hell is going on :-(

Hoopla,
I think there's a weird viral thing going about as I had random watery diarrhoea earlier to the point where I had to bin my pants and trousers. I went 5 times in 20 mins and I'm still having stomach pain now so I'm hoping it doesn't start up again.
