Tonsil stones!

Does anyone else have these?

They're driving me mad! I am 28 and have had tonsil stones for the past year or two! My breath smells horrendous and nothing I do is getting rid of them.

Can anyone help? How do I get rid of these pesky things?

Thanks.

Yesss they started when I was pregnant and I get them occasionally now especially if I’m run down.

I’ve tried using corsadyl which helps with the taste and they say not to remove them but if I see them I do.

Dr told me to just brush them out!

I have had them for many years but have found cider vinegar has helped massively. A couple of teaspoons in a glass of water and drink every morning.

I totally sympathise. I had them for many years and they ruined my life. I ended up having my tonsils out because I kept having tonsillitis and the most gigantic tonsil stones. Best thing I ever done. Cured the problem!

I used to have them, I think the thing that helped most was using a tongue scraper thing (along with mouthwash which I presume you're already doing!). www.boots.com/dentek-orabrush-tongue-cleaner-10115614 this is the one I have.
