I think I have something going on in my inner ear, I'm very dizzy when I lay down. I've tried one of the Epley manoeuvres but it didn't work, I feel sick with it.

Is there anything I can ask for OTC or shall I see GP to get some anti-dizzy pills? I have two kids to see to so need it to stop

If its your inner ear affected it may be labyrinthitis? See your GP.
Sinus probs can also cause dizziness but your gp can evaluate to ascertain the cause.

Yes I wondered about labyrinthitis, thanks I'll book to see GP today. Just hope I can get there without falling over!
