I have a lump in my thigh about the size of an orange. I'm very very overweight but it's very visible. It's hot and I have awful shooting pains and this odd feeling in my leg.
I've finally had a doctors appointment and she's requested a scan which is a 2 week wait.
Im so worried it's a blood clot. The doctor said she didn't think it was hot but it is. I don't know how she couldn't feel that it's warmer than the rest of my leg. She said it wasn't in the right place for a fatty lump and has no idea what it is.
The doctor I spoke to yesterday said to go to a&e if I got a temperature but there was no appointments available. He's made me so worried but the doctor today didn't seem concerned.
