Toddler eczema

Hi, what can you recommend for toddler eczema? I use aveno on it which helps the itch but isn't clearing it up. She has regular oilatum baths too but its not helping.
Her back and chest are also dry

Try Child's Farm instead of Aveeno

I used to use olive oil on my son's excema and then went on to aquas cream (on dry skin after a bath or whenever needed).
