Thyroid problem?

I have CFS, and usually home/bed bound.
But I’ve done some light exercise today and my throat (front) feels heavy? Could this be thyroid?

Do you have a visible goitre?

You'd be able to feel an enlarged thyroid, it's not just a feeling.
