Blood test results?

I have consistently low MCV, MCH and MCHC full blood count results (below the normal range) - would this be anything to worry about?

My doctor said it shouldn’t be a problem as my results always seem to be low. However I have been taking various supplements including iron over the past 4 months so it’s a shame that those results are still outside of the normal range.

Sorry, I have been taking multivitamin supplements (inc iron) for years and for the past 4 months have started taking a dedicated iron supplement.

So I have been supplementing iron for all the tests but those results are still low.

How. do you feel though, have you any of the symptoms of anaemia? Was your doctor testing you for this specifically or did it just come up in a full blood work?
