Does anyone here suffer with migraines? I've suffered in and off for years but it's been very bad for well over a year now.
I was referred to the hospital and put into topirimate which seemed to help for a while but recently it's all started again and I'm getting them 3 or 4 times a week again.
It makes life almost impossible, I'm exhausted, grumpy and tearful. I have been back to the g.p who has increased my dose so I'm hopeful in time as it builds up it may help but so far no result.

You might have to try something else. I took various preventative things over the years as well as the migraine drugs when I actually had one. After 25+ years of them I am pleased to announce that the ONLY good thing about the menopause is that I hardly get any and they are nothing compared to what they were. Keep trying different things - we are all different. Yes they suck and make having a social life almost impossible.
