Hi ladies sorry for Tmi but im passing blood when I go for a number 2 ive got the runs and stomach cramps. Should i be worried?

I would call the nhs helpline. It could be a pile but better to speak to a professional.

Are you on your period?

How much blood and how often are you going to the toilet?

Are you still drinking fluids?

Not on my period definately coming from my bottom. I do have piles but theyre not sore and normally its just on the tissue if theyre bleeding. But this is acutally on the bottom of the toilet bowl

You need to go to your GP. There is a campaign about it. It says even if it only happens once you need to see a doctor.
