So I thought I was just suffering with hand foot and mouth disease but not so sure now. The rash (which hasn't blistered) is now on my joints and bum and not just on my H F & M?
I'm in agony with it. Cant get comfy to rest at all as any pressure on any part that's got a rash hurts.
I've a killer headache and ear ache too
Any tips on how to help ease the pain?
