Is it flu?

Yesterday through the day I got very achey and tired. I had an early night but was up all night with a hot and cold sweat and coughing. My whole body is hurting. This morning when getting up I can barely walk 10 steps without feeling like I'm going to collapse and both of my hands and arms started really tingling and got extremely cold. I also keep having to rush to the toilet. Is this flu? I've never had it like this.

Sounds like it. Can you go back to bed?

Do you have a raging temperature? The whole body aching and barely being able to walk does sound like flu. It’s awful- you’ll just need to dose yourself up and stay in bed. Not that you’ll want to do anything else... when I had it I couldn’t read or watch tv, just lay in a dark room wishing I was dead!

The test I learned on Good Morning Britain back in the day was if you saw £50 stuck to the outside of your window, would you go out and get it?

Think it was a £20 note back then but you get the idea!

I'd somehow manage to get the £50 note haha even if I had to crawl 😉

In all honesty I've never so bad in my life. Unfortunately it's the school holidays still though and I'm a single mum of a 5 and 3 year old. I just don't know how I'm going to get through today.
