Is this ringworm or something else?!

Hi, I’ve been treating this patching on my hand as ringworm , as DS2 had it on his back and assumed I had caught it off him. It did almost go away but came back and Now it just seems to be looking worse and not how I expected it to look!
It is not at all itchy or anything but annoying to have to keep it covered all the time!
Have been using Daktarin. Do I need to bother the GP with this?

It looks more like some kind of psoriasis or eczema than ringworm. I’m not a dermatologist, but have suffered all those conditions. Ringworm is ring shaped.
