What’s happening- dizziness, headaches

Since a few days before Christmas I’ve been having random heart palpitations, breathlessness, headchaes and dizziness whenever standing (haven’t fainted yet-almost have though!).

Also been having muscle cramps lately, I have been on iron for 6 months. What’s wrong with me?

How old are you? Could be menopausal

Please go and get your blood pressure checked as soon as possible, just noticed your user name, try and cut down on the caffeine if possible,

Could be dehydration and too. I've only calculated that my low blood pressure and feeling lightheaded and dizzy were linked to it. I've always a low drinker and it never mattered before but it suddenly affected me. I now ha e to drink 2-3 litter a day. I feel worse first thing in the morning.
