Endocrinologist

Has anybody seen an endocrinologist and can tell me what happens at a first appointment?
Anxiety 😫

I went about potential thyroid issues. We discussed refer bkoodctest results and options for treatment and further blood tests at future intervals.

It depends what you are seeing them for , but I realise that is a pretty useless answer to the question .

That should say recent blood test results.

They ask you background questions, might well send you for blood tests. Nothing unusual.

Thankyou. It’s just I was also referred to ENT by my GP and I thought it was just consultation and ended up having bloods and a camera down my throat with no notice😫 I like to prepare for these things
