Hi all.
When taking this to aid sleep, are you less likely to wake up to a smoke alarm or other disturbances?
Thanks.

No, it'll be fine. How much are you taking?

JuniperBeer · 31/12/2018 19:15

No, I still woke up when the BF snores loudly. And my alarm clock. Would have definitely woken up to smoke alarm or house alarm.

No! These have just about saved my life as an insomniac. They are the only things that don't make me feel like crap in the morning. The dose for sleep is only 10mg or less which is a fraction of the dose used for treating depression, so you will be fine.....

loveyoutothemoon · 31/12/2018 19:25

Cheers me dears! Yeah only 10 mg.

Just make sure you take it early enough. Don’t leave it till 11pm when you’re going to bed!
