Bleeding after birth

So ive had my baby 9 weeks ago. Been on the pill for 5 weeks now. My bleeding from giving birh was just about died down right before i started up taking the pill.

Then i started bleeding which was expected. But im bleeding more and more , i am having to change my bad several times a day. And ive just had a clot! I am ringing the docs tomorrow.

Anyone experienced anything like this ??

The first few periods after birth were pretty bad, heavy with clots. I was told this was normal but always worth getting checked if you're concerned.

Bit concerned as I havent had my period yet as I am on the pill
