Never-ending cold?

Anyone else suffering from a cold that won't go away? I have had a cold for about a month now. Keep thinking it's getting better then it resurfaces! For the last few days cold has been better, but have been left with a cough. Then today I have awoken and nose is blocked again and head feels 'full. No temperature so don't feel ill enough to stay in bed, but can't shift it. I'm normally healthy and exercise regularly but cold and christmas have meant I haven't been to the gym for over 2 weeks. Anyone else ?

Yes, horrible cold with sore throat and cough, mouth ulcers and coldsore at start of December, lurked around, then Xmas eve it was back with a vengeance... Have bedn floored, sneezing ridiculously, sore throat and cough where I wheeze all night.. Seen GP twice as think bronchitis but 'chest is clear'., it's rotten. Taking echinasea.. Cold and flu tablets.. Home made honey and lemon... Inhaling mentjol vapours.. Hope you are ok. Horrid isn't it!

If you have a heating system that burns gas, coal or wood, have you checked your home for CO2 gas?

Me. It started almost three weeks ago, was actually off work for a few days as I felt so hellish. I get to “choked and coughing” then it’s like a reset and I am back at streaming nose, feeling horrible. Christmas Day was a write off, I felt a bit better at the end of the week, now back at square one. I almost wonder if I am picking up new colds?

This has been doing the rounds at work recently - just a snuffly load of phlegm that we think might turn into something but never does I’m taking echinacea as soon as this shifts, it’s a bugger!

Mine started on the 21/12 and still hasn't gone! It has completely floored me I think I'm ok and then my nose or throat etc starts again and I'm sooo tired
