Antibiotic dose help

Please can anyone advise me?

I was prescribed 3 days of nitrofurintoin 100mg today for a UTI, two per day.

I took one at 230. Should I take another one at 11 or wait till tomorrow?

Sad to take one later....try to take as near to 12 hours apart as you can....remember to have a drink of milk or something to eat beforehand as they can make you feel a bit sick
