Sick every year at Christmas

I'm only 19 and for as long as I can remember I've been unwell every Christmas. I can never enjoy Christmas due to this. This year I have cold symptoms, vomiting and now stomach cramps like I'm going to have diarrhoea.
Every Christmas is ruined, does anyone else experience this?

I have a stinking cold every Christmas. But also at any time of the year I have annual leave from work. Usually stressful times of the year.
