Hi ladies - I have had the most horrendous cold and cough which has moved to my chest. After a particularly bad coughing fit yesterday I now have excruciating pain in my shoulder blades & neck. Can barely move my head. Its my daughters birthday on Christmas Eve and I'm desperate to feel better, ibuprofen and a heat patch haven't touched it.
Does anyone have any tried and tested pain relief recommendations? I'll try anything! Thank you so much.
