Racing heart and palpitations during heavy period/anaemia?

Going to see the Dr about this but just wondered does anyone else get this. Keeps scaring me and then I feel like it's a viscious cycle of palpitations then anxiety and hard to know which came first. Also have a bad time of the month right now, could that make it worse?

I know no-one can really give answers but would be reassuring to know if anyone else gets this.

Yes I get this, definitely hormonal for me but always worth getting it checked. It's not nice though, I sympathise
