Anyone had Milia?

I have had this hard white bump on my forehead for a while. Does it look like Milia? Any ideas how to get rid of it, if it is? Thanks

I dug mine out with a pin! Gross, but it had to go!

Take a look at dr pimple popper’s videos on YouTube. She films removal of milia so you can watch to perfect your technique!

I do mine with a pin. Sterilise with surgical alcohol, or over a flame (obviously let it cool first). Make sure the pin is properly sharp. Don't try to tear or dig at the skin, you only want to make just enough of a hole to allow the hard bit to come out. I've got rid of a couple, including one near my eye, which was very visible, & healed with no mark at all.
