Visual disturbance

Whilst working on Friday Morning I began to notice that I my vision in one eye was disturbed. It was a little like looking through water but My eyes weren't watery and there was nothing in them either. It got worse over about 10-15 minutes and I mentioned to a few colleagues but then went within about another 15 minutes. Mild headache after.

Unfortunately I was faced with a family crisis straight after work so didn't think any more of it until late last night when I consulted Dr Google (I know).

So it's most likely to be an ocular migraine but TIA's keep being mentioned. Should I consult a Dr or Optician? Or wait to see of it happens again?

It does sound like a migraine but I'd get it checked out if I were you to be on the safe side. You could book an eye-test and if that shows nothing amiss, see your GP.
