Sinus headache, I am waiting to see ENT as I have had a previous schwannoma in my sinus cavity but I have a constant sinus headache, I am taking paracetamol and 'brufen but they no longer help. The discharge is thick and sticky but antibiotics haven't helped and nor has steroids, is there anything else I can try? I have tried a nasal wash, antihistamines and Mucodyne all without any relief in symptoms.
I cannot move my head without feeling like it has been squeezed in a vice.
