8 weeks vaccine question

Hello everyone...
Just after a little advice. My daughter had her 8 weeks jabs yesterday and today I have notice very big lumps on the places the needle was given.
She has 2 soild, hard lumps on one leg and 1 on the other.
They are very big and are really noticeable too, the skin around it is bright red and botchy and she screams if I touch her leg, even to the point where she cries if I change her clothes or nappy and it touches the legs.
Is that normal or shall I seek medical advice, I am a first time mum so I have no idea what's normal or not. I am just panicking abit, the nurse didn't tell me off any side effects she may get so that's why I'm unsure and thought I'd ask on here.
Thank you in advance.

My girls had similar but you could always call your HV for reassurance

My daughter had her 8 week vaccines last Thursday and has a lump (almost feels like a cyst) on her leg from the MenB injection but fine on the other leg. The nurse did mention that it was a common side effect after I asked her if there was anything I needed to keep an eye out for but it is still worrying!

Ice pack, warm bath with Epsom salts.

These are listed among the side effects.

Medication should always be given with informed consent... you should read the inserts before giving any medication. It makes me cross that this is not routine.
