Vitamin d levels of 33, low but not deficient.
Doctor given me 20,000iu twice a week for 7 weeks. When do you generally start to feel benefits?
Light headed & tiredness mainly x

In about a week, take it in the morning, and try adding magnesium before bed, most of us are deficient in that too. Did they check your thyroid levels and your iron/ ferritin?

I'm taking it and I've got to take it for a year. I have my levels checked every couple of months x
