Hey, a bit of a lengthy one so please bare with me.

Normally fit and well 25 year old woman. Mid August, I woke up one night feeling sick and I had stomach pains. Diarrhoea, and a bit of sickness. Once I’d gone back to bed, I was fine when I woke up in the morning I felt a little weak etc so I had breakfast and carried on as normal. I knew I didn’t feel great but thought it would all wear off.
2 days later I felt as what I can explain as ‘lightheaded’ but I’m not sure it is that as nothing spins around me, I can walk fine, my balance is fine.
I’m now this long in, I’ve been in bed since it all happened apart from a few doctor/hospital appointments and light cleaning around the house I’ve oretty much been in bed.
Many other symptoms since
My throat flared up, felt like one side was swollen and felt uncomfortable to swollow for around 5-6 weeks. which I had to have 10 days of antibiotics for throat infection. I was referred to ENT who did the camera down the throat, and an mri which showed nothing.
Headachy which I want to put down to not getting enough fresh air, being in the house/laid down most of the time.
Slight pressure in ears & head (doesn’t hurt and lasts seconds)
And major fatigue. I can shower, do slight cleaning, but then want to get back into bed.
Had bloods apparently all clear except vit d deficiency (caused by being indoors) I’m on meds for that. Also down to the bed rest I’ve now a DVT so on blood thinners 😫
Anybody any ideas what could be going on? I’m at such a loss 😫 xx

if I try doing my normal things, I can get through them but I kind of just want to lay back down, and I get like a heavy feeling in my throat :/ a little odd to explain.
I keep feeling overwhelmed of what’s wrong I just wondered if anybody had an idea xx
