Hi just wondering if anyone has had this before and did anything help.
The last few months I’ve woke with a really tender spot on my hard palate it usually settles, today it’s so sore, its stopping me do my normal activities as the pain is quite intense,it’s on one side of my palate and is so tender to touch it’s a little swollen but no sores, blisters or broken area, has anyone had this? What is it? How do you get shot ?
