I have suffered from bursitis in my right heel on and off for a year - every time I run it comes on, even if it’s just for a few minutes as a warm up to an exercise class. Annoying.
I now also seem to have developed tennis elbow.
I do a lot of exercise - 3/4 HIIT classes per week plus a couple of weights sessions and some cardio. Im not over or underweight (60-63kg at 5ft 4) and I’m 41.
Is this just another part of the depressing aging process, or is there anything I can do about it? Supplements, exercises, anything!?! I feel like my body is slowly deteriorating and I don’t want it to!
