really not sure. Bear with me, its like a long winded medical mystery (at least to me)......

Its the opening of her vagina as well, but mostly around her anus - red, dry looking skin, and she has a slight cold and eczema flare up at the moment in her usual behind the knees spot, which is why I suspect eczema.

She's also at the 'I want to do it myself' stage where wiping is concerned, but often forgets and wipes from back to front if I don't get to her in time. So I thought maybe thrush.

She's also at pre-school, and has been itchy as well as sore, so I wondered about threadworm: gave her Ovex well over 48 hours ago, just in case. No worms spotted before or since, and would they make the skin for a 1" radius around anus look dry/pink/sore anyway?

Its mostly ok in the day, but stings in the bath, then itches and is sore after bath - again, makes me think dry skin??

So last night I put Timodeine cream on, as per GP, supposed cure all for bacterial/fungal/eczema infections - poor dd cried with pain and said it stung really badly, I had to wipe it off with cold water on flannel

Tonight she let me put Sudacreme on, but I'm at a loss really, and the poor thing is suffering.......any thoughts? Solutions? Logical ways to figure out what it is and hence apply one cream instead of three?!?
