Tennis Elbow

I have had tennis elbow for about a month now. I have been using voltarol gel but it seems to be getting worse. I can't straighten my arm anymore or lift up a cup etc. Is it worth seeing the GP or should I just carry on longer using voltarol gel. I don't want to waste their time.

The only thing I've found helps my tennis elbow is acupuncture, but have had steroid injections and anti inflammatories from the GP (and physio and splints), so go and see the GP unless you can self refer direct to a physio

I have it too, 2nd time this year. First time was solved with steroid injection. I’m wearing a brace and trying stretches, but will have to get it seen again soon, also can’t straighten my arm.

Best to see your GP or physio for a solution before it gets worse
