I’ve been given three exercises by the hospital physio for referred pain in my leg and knee caused, they think, by narrowing of the hip joint space. Exercises are:

  1. Lowering to sitting taking 5 secs
  2. Pelvic lifts lying flat
  3. The clam

Should I be doing these while my leg is hurting - or if they make the pain a bit worse? Power through, or not? Thanks
