I was wondering if these are actually reliable? I've some (the same my GP uses and same containers) but it appears that as I'm always well hydrated (due to another medical condition I must drink a lot of water -think 3-4 litres) everything appears fine but when I check if dehydrated then problems show up like immediate very high leukocytes for example.
I've meds to take as I suffer with them, but I'm beginning to wonder if being well hydrated is masking the issue for me. Like I've been feeling really unwell this weekend all the symptoms but dipstick fine, went to bed and tested after (was obviously dehydrated) and it was cloudy and very painful to pass. Had water stick was fine
Maybe I should only test if I'm not well hydrated.
