Has anyone had a mole removed?

I had a mole under my breast removed last Wednesday and it's still very painful. Has anyone had this? Is it normal? Maybe it's extra sore because of its location?

Mine definitely wasn’t sore afterwards but I was being overly cautious with clothing and movement. Are you due to go back and have it checked?

I went to my own gp the next day because of the pain and he said it was infected so been on antibiotics and this other thing since. The pain is def not as bad as Wednesday and Thursday but it is still sore. I'm due to go back to my GP on Friday to get stitches out

I had a mole on my back removed and zero pain, then a skin cancer (bcc) removed from my face and it was very deep and large but no pain that I can recall, more the shock of the stitches.
Are you wearing your bra? Maybe go without.

I have and had no real pain afterwards so would definitely consult the Dr.

I'd imagine the location isn't helping - see how you are in a day or so, but don't wait till the Friday appointment if it isn't getting better. I've had a couple removed from my back and don't really remember anything more than a bit of discomfort.

No pain either.
If he GO said there was an infection and it’s still painful, I wouod suspect the infection is still there and it needs to be looked at again.
