13 month ill after jabs

Hi my 13 month old dd had her 13 month vaccinations a couple of days ago. Now she has a rash and is crying all the time (extremely unusual, we are blessed with a calm baby) and is out of sorts. She has no fever.

I took her to the GP to rule out any horrors but just wondering about other experiences people have had. I feel I rushed rather blindly into immunisation without assessing the saner literature advising against it.

Any thoughts or advice very welcome.

Thank you.

The saner literature advises to have it.

DD had a temp of just over 40 for about 24 hours and stopped crawling and standing.

It's normal to have a reaction and it's not nice but far better than being ill for weeks with the diseases they protect against.

It is very sane to follow nhs guidelines for jabs. Being unsettled is normal for lots of babies after immunisations. If GP has seen the rash and there's no fever try not to worry. Keep an eye on the rash and follow your GP advice in regard to that, or ring 111 or your out of hours clinics for further info if you're worried over the weekend
