I finished a course of norethisterone last week and it gave me awful PMS like symptoms - massive mood swings and anxiety. I am very prone to PMS so was expecting this.
I came off it and started my period but am still feeling down and weepy. Usually when period starts the depression feelings lift instantly.
Now i'm worried I'm actually depressed..
Has anyone found that it takes a while for the side effects to wear off?
