Stress & Late Period

Has anyone been so stressed they've actually forgotten when there last period was. To my knowledge it was beginning of October, I have so much going on I can't remember. I've even taken a pregnancy test, Negative Result. It's stressing me out more I can't stop eating and my boobs are definitely bigger but apparently I'm not pregnant..

Has any experienced a delayed period due to stress.

Yes, stress can delay ovulation. Your period will arrive at the end of your luteal phase which shouldn't alter in length. This is why I like cycle tracking/temping because it stops you getting worried about late periods of you know when ovulation happened/didn't happen.
