Hello,

So I have just found out I am pregnant with my 3rd baby Smile my 1st I had no problems and sailed through the pregnancy but my 2nd on February 14th I got sent to hospital for a scan as I had an awful pain in my chest and found out I had lots of little blood clots on both of my lungs so I had to inject fragmin twice a day for the rest of my pregnancy and then for 6 weeks after, luckily for me my ex partner did the injections as I am scared to death of needles. I am now with a new partner who also does not like needles!! I went for my first doctors appointment today as I am only 4 weeks and because of my past PEs they said I am most likely going to have to go back on the injections as soon as I have seen a specialist at the hospital which will be in the next couple of weeks and they have now classed me as a high risk pregnancy. I wanted to no has anybody had these before and been in the situation I am in now?? I really really don't want to have to do them again should I just risk it as my first pregnancy was fine ??

Are you actually asking if you should risk PE because you are scared of needles? Potentially leaving your two children without a mother? Grow up.

Wow that reply was harsh!

If you do need them, maybe you could pop to your local GP surgery and ask the nurse to administer them??
